Interesting Facts: The Mississippi juniors raise money every year to support the club and the Mississippi Incentive Fund, which is a high point award of $500 going to both the bull and the heifer high pint Mississippi bred animal. This promotes the local cattle and also encourages the youth to attend a majority of the shows.

Major emphasis: Mississippi Santa Gertrudis Association’s major emphasis is the development of our youth through the production of great cattle.
